21-Day Sadhana to Prepare for Oct 28

The following information was adapted from the instructions provided by Oneness Guide Anandji to help everyone prepare for the major shift in consciousness coming on October 28 and the webcast with Sri Amma Bhagavan to support this shift.  For more information about the webcast, see http://wp.me/p1A6CB-bg.

Sadhana means practice. Begin this daily practice immediately, to receive the greatest benefits.  It is a 21-day practice that began this past Saturday and completes on October 28.

Morning  (Before eating; best at 6 a.m.)


•Express Gratitude to:

– Ancestors, parents, spouse, brothers & sisters, children, friends, the Divine

•Take the Intent for Awakening and God Realization. This is the time to pray for your Awakening and God Realization.

•Receive Deeksha from Sri Murthy or Paduka

•Express Gratitude to the Divine

Afternoon (Best at 12 p.m.)


•Chant Moola Mantra or Sri Amma Bhagavan for 21 times, 49 times or 108 times

•Take Intent for Awakening and God Realization. You could now pray for your Awakening and God Realization.

•Receive Deeksha from Sri Murthy or Paduka

•Express Gratitude to the Divine

Evening (Before or after Dinner Best at 6 p.m.)


Contemplate the following points:

•Self-acceptance: If you do not accept yourself – either your body, physical appearance or any of the quality in you – become aware of that and accept yourself.

•Forgive: Recall any incidents where you were hurt by someone; be with that pain and forgive him or her.

•Seek Forgiveness: Recall incidents where you hurt others and seek forgiveness from them.

•Pray to the Divine: Ask the Divine to heal all your pains.

•Receive Deeksha from the Padukas or the Sri Murthy.

•Pray for your friends and family members.

•Express gratitude to the Divine.

General Guidelines

Follow these guidelines during the 21 Days for a powerful process on October 28th:

•Have good thoughts. Think good about others and pray for others. If any negative thoughts about others arise become aware that this is happening.

•Speak nice, auspicious, kind words. Avoid using words that will hurt others. This will give you tremendous Sat (positive) Karma.

•Do good deeds. Help others. If you are a Deeksha giver, try to give Deeksha to at least one person every day. If possible, speak about October 28th program and invite your friends and relatives to take part in the Sri Amma Bhagavan’s conference on that date. Avoid doing things that will hurt others.


•If you can do the above things on these 21 days you will be experiencing a very big improvement in your state on October 28.

•The timing mentioned is the ideal time. But, if on some days you are not able to follow that timeline, select your suitable timing. But the first preference is to follow the timing outlined because many people will be doing the sadhana at the same times.

•On the 21st day i.e., October 28, if you are a Deeksha Giver you may attend the Bhakti yoga event, if there is one organized by your Trainer(s) and take part in the Webcast Darshan. If you are not a Deeksha Giver, you will just do the daily Sadhana (practice) and take part in the webcast darshan on October 28 at 6:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight time.  For local events, see calendar:  http://bit.ly/No_Cal_Calendar.
